Wind power is an important form of wind energy utilization, also known as wind power generation, is a renewable energy, clean energy, it is pollution-free, energy, broad prospects, vigorously develop clean energy has become a strategic choice of the world. Wind power generation can be divided into offshore wind power and low wind speed and wind power. The so-called bottom wind speed wind power refers to wind power development projects with wind speed between 6-8 m/s and annual utilization hours below 2000 hours. The wind energy density of Zhidan County is about 405W/m2, which is a low wind speed area with abundant wind energy resources and a sustainable wind energy utilization area. It is planned to build a total planning capacity of 200MW wind power project in three phases in Zhidan county. The first phase of the project is to install 33 wind turbines with a capacity of 1500 kw. The total capacity of the project is 49.5 MW. One new 110 kV booster station will be built. The project covers an area of 34 mu. It is understood that the area of low wind speed resources available in the country accounts for about 68% of the wind energy resources area, and are close to the recipient areas of the grid, so the development of low wind speed wind power has great room for development. According to the analysis, the total return on investment and net profit margin of the project are 6.71% and 11.78% respectively. |
