The main raw materials of the project products are agricultural straw and animal manure and other renewable resources, and the main auxiliary materials are fermentation bacteria. The main technological process: the material mixed with straw and livestock and poultry manure is composted to form refined organic fertilizer products. The production process mainly includes crushing and mixing of raw materials, primary fermentation, aging (secondary fermentation), grinding and screening packaging. The project covers an area of 12 mu with a total floor area of 6520 square meters, including 800 square meters of pretreatment workshop, 1200 square meters of fermentation workshop, 1200 square meters of granulation workshop, 500 square meters of raw materials and accessories storehouse, 1000 square meters of finished products storehouse, 120 square meters of power supply and distribution room, 1000 square meters of office building, 700 square meters of restaurant and dormitory. Project supporting construction yard road hardening 1200 square meters, green 640 square meters and water supply and drainage engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, wall, gate and so on. |
